OK I know I said I didn’t cook, but I do sometimes. Tonight I made the meatloaf recipe from the above link. I forgot the egg so it wasn’t as firm as it should have been, however it tasted great!! I couldn’t find the worchestershire (Tim hid it when he was home) so I threw in some Montreal steak seasoning ( good on everything) and added some season salt. I didn’t tell Mom it was turkey until after she tasted it. It passed the test with flying colors. I also made the skinny mashed potatoe from the same web site and had corn for the veggie. The meatloaf is 5 ww points plus for 3 slices and 4 points on the old system. Highly recommend it. Enjoy.

That sounds REALLY good, and I can’t wait to make it! I’m going to have to cook for weeks straight to try all of these new recipes when I get back 🙂

I don’t think you can categorize posts…I’m trying to figure out if I can as the administrator…I will investigate!

Some good advice for your (I want to say older, but I don’t like that word) readers that want to feel younger.

I love those tips, thank you! I think my favorite tip they mention is to step outside of your comfort zone every once in a while. Not only is it often a lot of fun, but the confidence you gain from doing something you didn’t think you could is an amazing and powerful thing!

I’m done cooking for a while. tonight I did the turkey tenderloins from the skinny kitchen web site. I used chicken tenderloins ’cause I couldn’t find turkey. You could subsitute chicken breast also. The recipe simple to put together. I baked mine, come spring I will do them on the grill. All in all skinny kitchen has some great recipes.
