Fitness fun

I didn’t record a workout this week because my sister and nephew are in town, but we did go to the beach and play football today-which gave me an idea for the weekly workout. Get outside and play! Whether you have kids, or wish you still were one, enjoy the beautiful weather we’re having and get outside. Throw a football, ride your bike, play soccer…let us know what your favorite outside activity is so we can try it too! As much fun as I had running around the beach throwing the football, I know all of that sprinting in the sand was a great workout too 🙂
