Weekly workout 3/16/12

Click here for this week’s workout! This week I did a core routine. This can be done on its own, or combined with any of your other workouts for an added kick. Plank x1 minute

Bridges with pulse x1 minute (30 seconds each leg)

Russian twists x30 seconds

Supermans x1 minute

Knees to elbows from push-up position x30 seconds

V-ups x1 minute

Side planks with reach under x1 minute (30 seconds each side)

Plank with leg raise x15 seconds each leg

Weighted side bends x1 minute (30 seconds each side)

Back extensions to fatigue

Long lever sit-ups to fatigue
