Weekly Workout Weekend Challenge!

Since I’m on vacation and won’t be able to post a video today, I thought we could try something a little different-a fitness challenge for the weekend! I’m going to post five exercises, and the target number of repetitions for the weekend. You can do them all at once, one exercise at a time, however you think you can get it done! Here are the exercises:


-25 burpees with push-ups, or 50 without push-ups

-60 mountain climbers

-5 minutes of planking

-4 minutes of wall sits

-50 triceps dips


Remember, you have until Sunday night to complete all of these, but there’s no time like present to get started! If you have been working out for a while now and think you can beat these numbers, go for it! Whoever goes above and beyond by the most total repetitions will get a say in next weeks workout-an exercise you want to learn more about, a body part you want to see focused on, even veto power over your least favorite exercise for the week 🙂 Let us know when you complete all of the  exercises-it will be fun to see how long it takes!
