Thank you to everyone who has been following me as I attempt to solve the mystery of blogging! It turns out it’s pretty addicting, and a lot of fun 🙂 Check out the new page “Basic Tips For…” for tips on how to exercise safely and effectively. I will update it as I think of new things, or as questions come up, as well as add new sections.
Once I get back to the States, I will be getting an iPhone (I’m caving to the peer pressure and moving on from my trusty flip phone), and I will post a lot more workouts and exercise ideas-this way I can take pictures/videos of myself or my husband demonstrating the exercise. (Don’t tell Tim he’s been tagged as my fitness model-it’s a secret 🙂 ).
Have there been specific parts of the page you’ve found especially helpful so far, and would like to see more of? Do you have suggestions for future posts? Has anyone tried an awesome new exercise, recipe or activity lately? Is anybody listening to me? (For you Holly-bonus points for anyone else who can name that movie!).
