I will be posting a weekly workout for anyone who is interested in giving it a try, as well as healthy recipe ideas, motivational quotes, and any other fun stuff I find along the way! My goal is to have as many people contributing ideas, stories, and thoughts as possible-the more the merrier! My only request-before you post-do your homework! We are all busy, active people, and do not have time to be trying out fad diets, or the latest trends that have no basis in scientific research.
