Livingwellthy is a place to share ideas for a healthy, balanced lifestyle. I will be posting a weekly workout for anyone who is interested in giving it a try, as well as healthy recipe ideas, motivational quotes, and any other fun stuff I find along the way! My goal is to have as many people contributing ideas, stories, and thoughts as possible-the more the merrier! My only request-before you post-do your homework! We are all busy, active people, and do not have time to be trying out fad diets, or the latest trends that have no basis in scientific research.

I’m excited to hear everyones’ ideas, and to try some new recipes, workouts and wellness tips!

      I appreciate it Tabitha!! It was actually your blog that gave me the inspiration, so thank you! I am so excited to use some of those money saving ideas on healthy foods-they can be so expensive. Great job with the weight loss so far, although I can’t imagine you had much to lose to start with!
